Join CapitalBox as a Salesforce Advanced Administrator and take the lead in managing, configuring, and optimizing our Salesforce platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions and system enhancements, supporting SME growth across Europe. This hybrid role is based in Lithuania.

Your focus:

• Upgrade and configure Salesforce for optimized integration with external systems.
• Customize Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud features based on business needs.
• Manage data automation, reporting, and analytics to improve operational insights.
• Create and manage user security settings, roles, profiles, and permission rules.
• Support and train end-users on Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
• Resolve production support tickets and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Execute data migrations and support system maintenance tasks.
• Monitor compliance and document system process flows and best practices.

Required skills & qualifications:

Must-have:

• 2+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration (custom objects, flows, validation rules).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency with data tools like Data Loader; Talend ETL is a plus.
• Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin certification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and on multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-have:

• Exposure to Salesforce Einstein and advanced cloud capabilities.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong background in data management and analytics.
• Passion for continuous learning and certification through Trailhead.

The salary range is €2,500 to €3,000 gross monthly but will be higher if you are a senior candidate. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering your skills and experience.
